About me

Hello! My name is Sam, and I’ve been helping my clients gain confidence whilst transforming their lifestyles and bodies as an Online Coach & Personal Trainer since 2018.

During that time, I’ve gained invaluable experience and knowledge that has helped shape my unique client-first approach to coaching. I work alongside my clients to implement strategies that suit their unique wants, needs, and preferences with a focus on developing sustainable, healthy habits and imparting knowledge that’ll help them long after we finish working together.

I do not believe in fad diets and quick fixes; My coaching methods are evidence-based and grounded in the latest scientific research. I collect relevant information around training, diet, and lifestyle to make informed decisions on our actions, with no guesswork.

All my services are personal and unique. No two people are the same, and neither are their goals or journeys toward them. You can expect professional and tailored coaching where you feel in control, heard, and supported throughout.

Qualifications:
- Level 3 Diploma in Fitness Instructing and Personal Training
- Level 2 Award in Instructing Kettlebell Training Sessions

I am also working towards a Nutrition Certification through Precision Nutrition.

    An all-encompassing service containing a fully tailored workout programme built for success, as well as nutritional and lifestyle guidance and advice to support your goals outside of the gym. Delivered remotely with ongoing support, including 24/7 support through messaging as well as weekly check-ins and one-to-one calls to ensure you’re on track.

  • Personal Training

    Achieve your fitness goals with face-to-face training sessions personalised to your specific wants and needs. Whether you have strength targets, body goals, want to improve your mobility, or simply enhance your physical health, one-to-one training provides the full support you need to reach those goals.
